a/c leaks refrigerant
If your air conditioning is blowing air that’s not especially cool, you are probably low on refrigerant. You most likely have a leak somewhere but it could have been undercharged on the last tune-up. Adding refrigerant is not a fix, you are going to need to see if there is a leak and if so get it repaired. We recommend calling your local air conditioning experts. A/C leaking water
Air conditioners create significant condensation, which usually exits through a drain tube. This drain tube should go into a floor drain or be carried away by a small “condensate pump.” If water is pooling at the base of the air conditioner, something may be blocking the water’s flow, or leaking, or the pump may not be working. 1) Look to see if one of the tubes is leaking.
